  3. Always hold meetings about the team’s goal and projects at hand as much as possible. This helps you keep your focus in sight.
  4. Make sure the instructions you give tot the team members are always adequate. A lot of time is saved this way

  6. Don’t expect success from yourself only, but from others too. This would help you stay positive.
